Rooms bookable by community groups for free/as cheap as possible, particularly in the evenings. It would be good if there was a short induction that one or two people from each group could go on, and then be able to open up the building for ourselves.
I know that local groups struggle to find reliable and affordable space within the community, particularly after working hours. Could have a deposit for keys etc if necessary.
